They really tried. Talked to the chef too, still got sick.

Their procedures for gluten free have seemed consistent (prominently labeled on the order slip, marked on take-out, GF soy sauce etc.). Not a lot of options but the ones they have are delicious.
As someone with Celiac I don't particularly care about number of options. I care that they exist and don't make me sick. This place works well on that level, and at a much lower price than PF Changs.
Yes
Very few options. They were out of the only gluten free appetizer. Staff was not very friendly. Chicken had a burned taste to it. Very disappointed.
Extremely limited GF menu, but at least it exists. There were literally only 2 or 3 GF entrees, so not a good choice if you're a picky eater. (Which is disappointing when it's SO EASY to make Asian food GF.) I was ready to give them just 1 star, but a few things changed that as I was leaving with my to-go order. First, they had GF soy sauce in packets, which is hard to find and a definite plus. Secondly, their order receipts have a good GF distinction in bright red letters. And my to-go order had a GF sticker on it. So while I was totally disappointed in the GF menu options, it did seem like they had a strong GF procedure in place. Not sure I'll be back, but it isn't altogether a horrible choice.

Very good food! Dedicated GF woks. Reasonably priced

Limited selection; very few options.
First time visit and employees very accommodating with GF request. Food simple but tasty and even given packets of GF soy sauce.

Decent food but a little on the pricey side for the amount you get. Many gluten free options on the menu.

I wish I could give it zero stars.
I love Pei Wei. They don’t have them in Chicago anymore. I’ve been planning on having dinner at this location the next time I visited Phoenix… years in the making.
I walked up to the front in the teenagers running the place said we’re closed for 15 minutes because we’re going on break. My flight boarded in 25 minutes so I asked them if it was really gonna be 15 minutes or 30 minutes. They said 30 minutes.
I asked them how long it takes to make the only gluten-free meal they serve. They said they don’t have any chicken so I asked him if they had anything that could be done gluten-free and they said no.
Those employees and the manager are to be ashamed of themselves .
By the way, it’s not like it was in the middle of the night. It was 5:30 in the afternoon, dinner time

Terrible I got cross contaminated so badly I was sick for days. My daughter of vegetarian found a piece of meat in her meal.
Just disgusting.
