I love the sweet and sour chicken and shrimp combo. They are very careful and cook separately after changing gloves. I’ve never gotten sick and I am very sensitive.

The gluten free options are limited but clearly labeled. I tried the chicken salad roll. It was really delicious! I typically react very quickly (within 20 minutes) to even the slightest amount of cross contamination and I feel great. I will definitely be going back.

Got sick. Ordered off the gluten free menu.

I was very disappointed with their "new" menu. First of all, I don't appreciate having to wait in line in order to ask for a gluten free menu. Second, I really don't like the fact that the gluten free menu is all of the size of a baseball card with very few choices. Just wondering, why do restaurants feel it is necessary to make those of us with celiac feel as those we are acting as a burden by making us seek out this special hidden menu? If you have gluten free options why not put those in with the regular menu? Anyway, not worth going to Pei Wei, they really have such a limited menu if you can even consider it a menu.
Not a lot of options but yummy food and Tamari available. I prefer PF Chsngs because they have more options. (PF parent Co of Pei Wei.)
First time visit and employees very accommodating with GF request. Food simple but tasty and even given packets of GF soy sauce.

Decent food but a little on the pricey side for the amount you get. Many gluten free options on the menu.

I wish I could give it zero stars.
I love Pei Wei. They don’t have them in Chicago anymore. I’ve been planning on having dinner at this location the next time I visited Phoenix… years in the making.
I walked up to the front in the teenagers running the place said we’re closed for 15 minutes because we’re going on break. My flight boarded in 25 minutes so I asked them if it was really gonna be 15 minutes or 30 minutes. They said 30 minutes.
I asked them how long it takes to make the only gluten-free meal they serve. They said they don’t have any chicken so I asked him if they had anything that could be done gluten-free and they said no.
Those employees and the manager are to be ashamed of themselves .
By the way, it’s not like it was in the middle of the night. It was 5:30 in the afternoon, dinner time

Terrible I got cross contaminated so badly I was sick for days. My daughter of vegetarian found a piece of meat in her meal.
Just disgusting.
