I asked the server about gf. He had no idea. I said I have an allergy. He nodded. I said I can't have wheat. He offered me sandwiches. I left. Maybe other servers would be better. Maybe if I spoke Spanish I could have communicated better but as it stands it didn't seem with the risk.

excellent modern Caribbean food. wonderful sea bass. excellent service who understood gluten free. no issues for celiac wife. no specific Gluten free menu. there were numerous locals here. not as filled with tourists.
