Well… gf items are marked and I didn’t have an issue (as a celiac) but service was challenging and we struggled to be clear with the waitstaff. Maybe it’s just such a non issue they don’t worry?

We had lunch here and really enjoyed enjoyed it. GF items were clearly marked. They use cornmeal to fry their oysters and since I am not celiac I splurged. They made an amazing topping for a wedge salad.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and ask the manager to make an exception to the no substitution rule since basically nothing marked on the menu as gluten free actually was. The gluten free alligator is soaked in soy sauce over night, the sausage used in dishes marked as gluten free contains gluten. The only thing the waitress felt safe offering me was the steak (not marked gf) and white rice.
We went here for dinner due to the good reviews and the fact that their menu had items marked GF. It was easy enough to navigate the menu, but the food was sub-par at best. It was Celiac friendly enough, but with all the fantastic food in NOLA, you’d be wasting your time eating here.
Yes
Gf options clearly marked on menu. Creole omelette was delicious. I’m not celiac so I can’t speak to cross contamination.
The food I had was very good, it was a chicken creole. I didn’t get glutened which was nice. I had no problems. There are a few things on the menu that are marked gluten free. However the waitress didn’t know much, I just reminded her no bread and of other ingredients. It was overall a good experience.
Staff doesn't understand what gluten free means, even though there are a few gf options on menu. My meal was served with regular bread. Food was absolutely terrible and expensive. Service was hilariously bad. Literally worst restaurant I've ever been to.
No
Only meal I've EVER sent back to the kitchen as not edible. I didn't end up eating anything. Items listed as gf aren't all actually gluten free (jambalaya). I got catfish and it was by far the worst meal I've ever received. Pure mush and tasteless. Do NOT eat here!

We found this place waking down Royal Street & the menu posted outside had several options labeled GF. This app had 5 stars at the time, so we decided to stop in. The interior was drab, the waitstaff was not knowledgeable about GF/Celiac AT ALL (after explaining the gluten allergy, the waiter asked if we wanted the French bread as part of the appetizer), the service was slow & the food was mediocre.
We stopped at appetizers and found a better place to finish our dinner.

Menu lists GF items. We had the Creole jambalaya and cheese omelette with grits.
