Offers gluten free breakfast sandwiches and is probably the best place in RVA to get a GF bagel. Sandwich little on the small side and takes a while in the mornings if you’re busy. Can specify if it is an allergy or preference, comes out marked, and you can watch them assemble it if you are extra worried

This is a very popular local place so it is very crowded in the morning. Asked if it was a preference or allergy, which was appreciated. Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel was cold (so were the “fillings,” not just the bagel) and so was a plain bagel with cream cheese. I suspect they don’t have a dedicated gf toaster, which would be such an easy (and relatively cheap) fix! The lattes were good and the price wasn’t awful, but I wish I knew to have a microwave for heating up my sandwich.

I loved the sandwiches on gluten free bread. Also the GF cookie was really good. I’d definitely visit again!

Limited but will try to accommodate. Good food.
Staff has individually packaged and wrapped gluten free offerings including bagels, muffins, brownies and cookies that are baked off site and brought in. They are careful with prep and change gloves when you mention it’s an allergy.
