I’ve eaten here safely over the past years but the quality of the food has gone down and the cross-contamination has gone up. Sadly we won’t be going back anymore.

I had the whole cross contact conversation with the manager, and she said all the right things. I was clear about my gluten "allergy" when I ordered, and it was marked ostentatiously on the ticket. But when I got the food home it looked suspiciously breaded... So I ran EZ-Gluten tests on three different items (one of them twice). The golden mountain beef was gluten positive. The kung pao chicken tested positive to very positive. The fried rice was negative, but no way I'm going to risk eating it! I am very disappointed and I won't be going back :(

One of the best meals I've ever had. Nearly everything on the menu can be made gf, just be sure to specify with your server and double check each dish that comes out. I'll be dreaming about this place until I can come back!

On their menu, they let you know that there are gluten-free options. The vast majority of their menu can be modified to be gluten-free.

When I called they said that 95% of their menu can be made GF. My waitress said the same thing. When I asked about foods not being in shared fryer and not containing soy sauce she then said there were 3 safe options for those with strict gluten allergy (I have celiac). I ordered 2 of them to share with m partner, she returned 15 minutes later to say one of those did in fact have soy sauce and it couldn't be made without it. The options for celiac friendly food were basically non existent but I had a chicken dish with onions-- and then became extremely ill. Do not recommend if you have celiac!
No
Love their food & was so happy they had good gf options. GF sesame chicken is so good!!!
Yes
Their food is soooo good it tastes just like normal Chinese food. I am not sure if it is celiac friendly
If you are sensitive to cross contamination do not come here. I spoke with one of the managers when dining in person and he told me that basically nothing on the menu can be made without cross contact. Essentially everything is either made in a common wok or fried in a common fryer - even the rice isn’t safe because they will often scoop it out using utensils that are also used to make dishes that contain gluten.

Love coming here! It’s not on the menu but they are very knowledgeable about what can be made gluten free and great with allergies. Only downside is they don’t use gf soy sauce they just leave it out so I recommend getting dishes like general Tsos chicken or walnut shrimp which doesn’t come with soy sauce! However, the lo main is still good without it!

Yes
Fantastic for celiacs and very delicious
I ate here with my in laws after coming a few times previously. Service has always been great, and I love that they have so many GF options. We all asked (to the annoyance of the server) about whether every single dish that was brought to the table was gluten-free. The food runners brought us a dish meant for another table which I ate before anyone realized it was the wrong dish, and of course it contained gluten.
