So we eat here for last ten years. No issues. Went Monday night for my bday. We were a party of 7. So sodas flat ugh. My friends has a seafood allergy. Served shrimp in the wonton soup after we told them no shrimp. My sons dinner not cooked. Now to me. I have celiac and I ordered gf Mongolian beef. They chefs were getting yelled out by manager due to talking on the phone while cooking. I ate dinner and within a hour omg. I was so sick. I called corporate offices. They called me back and went to restaurant to retrain them how to be aware of allergies. What a terrible way to spend guy bday. I will not be going back.

I was online looking to take out and it says that this location in Westbury is permanently closed.
Separate GF menu and staff was knowledgeable and very attentive. Food comes out on a designated GF dish to avoid any confusion.

Most place ever! Couldn't even eat my food because it was so bland. Never going back
The gluten free options are ..... not so equal to the gluten version. I've ordered several different GF dishes and none (except for the lettuce wraps) matched up to the gluten version (according to my fellow diners). The GF versions are WAY too salty and have a very odd flavor. Literally it was so salty, it burned my throat and was unpleasant to eat. Also the quality of the dishes varied with each visit. Sometimes the egg drop soup was amazing, sometimes it was disgusting. Sometimes the dishes were palatable, but most of the time they were awful. The garlic spinach, was literally just spinach... They don't add the sauce because it contains wheat. They should take it off the GF menu. It's an insult to advertise it with the sauce and then be told you can't have it. Being GF is already limiting, but then not having an honest representation of GF options- it's a cruel tease. I was horribly disappointed when I received a massively plate of soggy plain spinach. Definitely not even close to actual Chinese food. The chocolate dome is amazing. The lettuce wraps are almost always amazing.
If you know what actual Chinese food tastes like, don't even bother coming here. The food is filled with chemicals, total preprocessed crap. The tea was fantastic.
it's so difficult to find gluten free Chinese food but these guys have a dedicated section of their menu. i do not think their food is anything spectacular. they used to have a mango spice chicken dish with caramel that was fantastic but the menu has been changed. i had the gf ginger chicken and broccoli and it was just a bland taste. the chicken wrap appetiser is popular and it's very good. at times their staff isn't sure what is or isn't gluten free so double check before eating.
Delicious food!
Be careful here with ordering out. I have had two incidences where they confused a GF dish with a regular one in our take out order.
As soon as i said i was gf they brought me my own soy sauce and had some nice gf choices on the menu. My egg drop soup and noodle dish was delicious - they use separate plates for gf and seem to be very knowledgeable about cross contamination. My only complaint is that the portion sizes are small for the price they charge.
best GF chinese food ever had... hope they open a location in suffolk county too!
gluten free food is better than the regular food. my husband isn't gf and he loves it. just wish they had egg rolls or spring rolls gf.
We’re so sad! We love PF Changs. My mans noddles had PASTA in them. Although the box had stickers saying it was gluten free it was not. $40 spent on a nice meal for nothing. I would not recommend this Changs if you’re GF Celiac

They are very aware of cross contamination and what contains gluten. Not a lot of options but very good awareness.

Went on a busy night, had the gluten free chicken pad Thai with no tofu and gluten free Singapore street noodles. The server was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options and GFO is marked on the menu. At least 7 options which is more than most chains. The food was excellent, very flavourful and had no reaction whatsoever.

Ordered the spicy chicken with a side of fried rice and everything came out marked gluten free. Before I even got the check, I could already feel myself getting sicker by the second. This was likely a case of carelessness and seems to be a trend at this location based on other reviews. Would avoid this location if you are sensitive to cross contamination.
