Got sick after eating chicken lettuce wraps and egg drop soup, both requested to be and marked "gluten free."

Had the gluten free Chicken Lettuce wrap and Mongolian Beef. The lettuce wraps came without the normal sauce (same veggie and crunchy noodles) but with a spicy sauce...different but still good. Mongolian beef was great, made with a brown honey sauce.

Ordered Mongolian Chicken & Vegetable Fried Rice from the GF menu. They confirmed a separate kitchen for GF items. Took extra time to cook but my food was brought out my a manager who confirmed GF. I then tested both items with my Nima Sensor and came back with a smile (no gluten found). Meal was so delicious! They brought out GF soy sauce in individual packets. PF Chang’s does a great job and the Nima Sensor is always a savior
The one time we dined in I got sick, So we get food to go and haven’t had a problem. When I did get sick we spoke to a manager and she made sure to go the extra mile and monitors the kitchen more closely now.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
