99% of the time they go a great job with gf. One time I had a trainee try to tell me the spinach was safe for me to eat when I watched her put her hand in the bag with gloves that were not changed after she handled non-gf crusts. I wondered what else she had carelessly handled that went into the dedicated gf toppings bar . . .

Love going here for dinner! They have a special station for gluten free ingredients and won't cut the pizza with the other tools.

I was not impressed. Pie crust was super thin and they burned it. Chicken was shaved, dry as all get out. I felt the gf choices were just this side of fresh lol. Also, to the person that was not up charged, I guess you were lucky because they pulled a frozen crust out of the freezer and said I could only get it in a large. Lunch was almost $15 and I couldn't eat most of it because it was burned. (They did not offer to make another one.)

Very celiac friendly. Although they can't guarantee. They have the pizza on its own little thing so it doesn't touch the gluten in the oven. They also change their gloves after every pizza. Love love love!!!

This place is amazing. They take gluten free very seriously. The girl making our pizza made a point to tell us she was washing her hands and changing her gloves before preparing the gluten free pizza. Then we were given the option to leave it uncut or have them clean a fresh pizza cutter. The crust is also delicious. Not the same old Udi's crust that other places try to use. Worth it :)

The pizza here is delicious. The GF pizza takes just a few extra minutes and it is very good. It is from Rich's Products and it is put on its own tray w paper when it goes through the brick oven. The employees change their gloves and the serving utensils are kept in a sanitizer between uses. Everything except the regular pizza crust and meatballs is gluten free at Pi Craft. The toppings are all locally grown and prepared fresh daily. I have eaten here twice now and had a great experience both times. My favorite make your own pizza is a pesto pizza with a little mozzarella, chicken, carmelized onions, greens peppers and an after drizzle of balsamic glaze and arugula. Yum!

I am the district manager of pi-craft and I love this website and the great reviews. However we are not celiac friendly, we do offer a gluten-free crust and almost all our toppings are gluten free. But we cannot guarantee a totally gluten free pizza due to possible cross-contamination. Please consider this when ordering.

Cross contaminated all the way. The ladle they use for sauce is touched to each pie and returned to the sauce. Using a new ladle doesn't help if your sauce is contaminated. Also, they used the same pizza cutter sitting in gluteny water. Toppings are all contaminated because they don't change gloves if they touch a crust and need to reach back in a bin. I've been sick twice now (including when I got sauce from a squeeze bottle) and I'm not trying it again.

The customer service at this restaurant is amazing. Staff is extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The care they take to ensure gluten free pizzas do not become contaminated with their regular pizzas was great. They have several toppings to customize your own pizza or you can choose one of their signature pizzas. My favorites were the chipotle and the veggie.

Excellent gluten free pizza. They will cook it the way you like it...crispy or not. They take care to not cross contaminate, use separate utensils, and change gloves without asking. The food it great!

This is the best gluten free pizza that I have had to date. I ordered the ham artichoke pizza, the ingredients were amazingly fresh and the sauce was a prefect. I was served by Jason the restaurant manager, he was surprisingly very knowledgeable about being gluten free and took me through their large selection of dishes that I can't wait to try. Bravo Pi Craft for having a 98% gluten free menu!

Pi Craft has become my favorite place to find gluten free pizza. The staff is incredibly knowledagble and careful when handling the food (even down to changing their gloves and spatula and pizza cutters). I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality and the service.
