Always excellent, always safe, always friendly and knowledgeable about allergy questions. I recommend the sangría, but I was pleased to see they've also got GF beer.

Omg. Love I don't have to worry. The arepas are fantastic and very filling. The plantains taste like donuts.

The pulled pork pernil is delicious, subtle and lots of food. The chicken and shredded beef cachapos were great too. I'm sure all of it is great. The coconut lime fresca was like dessert. Both desserts are perfect. All the vege's are fresh, awesome slaw and salads. I only wish the restaurant was bigger and there was one in the east bay. Will definitely be back again.

Sweet (yellow) arepas are to die for - everything else was kinda average. That said, 100% GF is so nice! I'm very sensitive and have celiac and had no problems. Try the limon/coco water - so good.

Decent food, and perfectly safe! Though not super flavorful. I didn't get anything with corn as I am grain-free.

I was excited to see a 100% gluten free restaurant. We had the grilled chicken arepas & empanadas. The cheese empanadas are the closest thing to a mozzarella stick a celiac will ever taste. The chicken was great. The corn pocket gets to be a bit much after a few bites. Just very heavy. Good food. Not a place I would rush right back to though.

The food was good, but nearly everything was fried in soybean oil-probably GMO. Vegetarian options were a bit limited. Nothing was organic, and the sauces tasted like either corn syrup or cheap mayonnaise were the #1 ingredients. It was nice to eat something that tasted like street food without worrying about gluten, but I will definitely pass on the sauces if I go here again.

I have gotten violently I'll at this restaurant twice, and have heard from others that the corn here makes them sick too. Why can't my review have no stars?

I would give them a 5 star if they still had their old menu and were consistent in having GF beer available (no wine on last visit). Still a favorite in the area

The only restaurant aside from Mariposa Bakery that I can feel 100% comfortable eating at. Not to mention the fact that the food is delicious! I wish I lived closer to this place.

Fully dedicated to a GF menu this is my favorite 'fast food' spot in SF. They've recently added a great GF beer called Omission from Portland to wash down their delicious Venezuelan fare. I'm forever grateful to Pica Pica.
