Tasty. They change their gloves and cooking utensils. But still have it in the same oven.
Cross contamination is pretty much guaranteed here. The GF pizza is placed in the same oven with the wheat pizzas, on top of any wheat crumbs in the oven. I had to ask the server to please clean off the 'paddle' the GF crust was placed on, as she had no idea that the crumbs on the 'paddle' could be a problem. Silly me, I ate half my pizza, paying the price today.
In addition, the pizza was truly mediocre. I will not return to Pieology.

Eh, skimpy pizzas. Nice to have the GF option, but not that great.
While they offer a gluten-free crust and changed their gloves to make the pizza, they put it directly in the oven with the wheat pizzas and did not use a separate cutter or oven utensils. Ended up giving my pizza to my friend and headed to Blaze in Stonestown where they are much more celiac friendly.

Ordered a gluten free pizza and the staff was super nice and asked about safety precautions along the way. Change gloves, change spoons, cook the pizza in a pan so it doesn’t touch the oven. I appreciate the effort and enjoyed my pizza, but I wouldn’t know how safe the pizza would be for someone with a more severe sensitivity than me. If you go on the website and build a gluten free pizza on the location you’re planning on going to, it’ll only list the ingredients that are gluten free if you want an idea of your options before going.
Great experience. Gluten free crust, washed hands and changed gloves, had separate utensils and sauces bins to prevent cross contamination. Also separate pizza cutter. Very impressed.
