Can’t say enough good things about this place. Waitresses were EXTREMELY friendly and the celiac procedures taken were excellent. Got the yogurt dressing/cucumber as well as the arugula/goat cheese salad and both were delicious. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!

This place is now called "Mezza Mediterranean". The food is absolutely delicious. Theres a huge selection of GF items and a lot of vegetarian options as well. Both are clearly marked on the menu. It's a small place but the atmosphere is nice and the service is good. I was impressed by their wine selection... small but better than I expected. I'd recommend trying a bunch of hot and cold appetizers to get a taste of what they have to offer.
They have gluten free and vegetarian items which are clearly marked on the menu. The staff is very nice and helpful and the food is delicious! The Lebanese wine is also very good! Keep in mind they don't have a dedicated fryer so if you have celiac they will let you know to avoid the fried items. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!
(They are now named Mezza)

This restaurant has been renamed to Mezza. It's wonderful. Very delicious Lebanese food. Vegetarian-friendly, as well. The waitress was quite knowledgeable about celiac disease so I felt quite safe there. I had chicken kebabs with grilled veggies and rice. They make a bunch of GF rice (no vermicelli or anything added) specifically to have on hand for people who can't have gluten. So, she would've offered it to me if I'd ordered, say, a pita wrap. in place of the pita. Their fryer is not dedicated GF, so no fried foods for us. I saw on this site that they had Redbridge beer, but they didn't. They also had no GF desserts, so heads up about that. That's normal for us, though, right? No big deal. I had a delicious meal, so did my whole family; a wonderful meal out together. I'll definitely return.

Name has been changed to Mazza, inside is the same.
Splitting 4 appetizers between 2 people made for a divine lunch. Mousaka, stuffed grape leaves, lamb sausage, and meat lover hummus all paired very well. Turkish coffee isn't the thick kind that I'm accustomed to, but still excellent. The GF rice pudding is also dairy free and a perfect finish.
No GF pitas was a minor disappointment given the name and eliminates the low cost lunch items, but this is more than made up for by the quality of what they do have. This is on our list to definitely come back to when we're next in the area.

Very friendly, loved children, and accommodating. You need to try the rice pudding, very unique but very good!

They are very familiar with Celiac and the procedures that go along with food prep. Staff is VERY well trained. I had lamb kebab with rice and veggies - delicious. They have one GF dessert - cinnamon rice pudding. DELICIOUS. Will be eating here every time I visit Mystic.

I have eaten here many times. I have Celiac and am very sensitive to cross contamination and have never gotten sick from Pita Spot. Their food is delicious and they use fresh, high quality ingredients. The restaurant is extremely clean. I love Pita Spot!!
Delicious gluten free meal. Many items to choose from and clearly marked on the menu. Owners seem to have a good understanding of cross contamination. Wish I lived close by so I could go back often!
