The GF crust is definitely the best I've ever had, but my pizza was over-sauced and the red sauce wasn't very good. If I go again, I'll get a different base.
Great gf pizza. Also dairy free cheese option.
Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The pizza crust is great but the sauce is very bland. I kept adding salt and pepper and I never put salt on my pizza. The GF brownie was awesome though and they heated it up for me. If they can improve the sauce I'll try again.
Very good GF pizza. Can get various toppings. It is a lite pricy. They also have GF brownies but have not tried them.
pizza good, like that there are size option s. unfortunately sausage not gluten free.
I ordered a pizza and got really sick from it. It wasn't that great either, could've used more topping.
Daughter and I both have CD and explained that as we ordered. We were told about the separate preparation area for GF items. Our pizza was great and neither of us had any type of reaction. When we got our receipt, I noted it said "high allergy" on our GF orders.
The waitress was excellent & knowledgeable about gluten. All the pizzas can be gluten free except for a few toppings. They even have a gluten free brownie, Reese's peanut butter cup pie( which was excellent) & beer. The manager came over to check on us & was very personable. I asked about cross contamination for the gluten free items. He said all the right things. They have a separate prep area, put the pizzas are on their own tray & purchase the gluten free dough from an outside vendor. We had the salad, pepperoni pizza, the Reese's peanut butter cup pie & beer. All were very good. I had no physical problems the next day. The name was changed to Tampa Pizza Company a few months ago. They are now independent & are not part of a franchise.
I just called and tried to place a phone order because the gluten free options aren't clear online. The first person got sarcastic when I asked if the chicken wings were gluten free (cause apparently he didn't know they might not be) and then put me on hold because the order was taking too long (it had been approx 3 mins). They left me on hold for about the same amount of time and someone else picked up, was angry when I asked what was gluten free and then told me I was taking too long to order and there was people in line.. again it had only been a couple of minutes. I told him to cancel my order then and he said great. I love being treated like a pain in the butt when I'm starving and can't find take out anywhere. I guess it's celiac friendly if you don't take too long to order or bother them when they're busy.
Great pizza, offering gluten free crust - and it's tasty - for an extra charge. They deliver and have daily special deals Mondays - Thursdays. A full menu of appetizers, soup, salad, sandwich/wraps, pizza and desserts, with gluten free and vegan choices marked.
Absolutely fantastic. One of the most celiac friendly restaurants I've ever been to. Pizza crusts and toppings are stored and prepared separately. Staff is very aware of cross contamination issues. The food also happens to be fantastic for the most part (stick with the pizzas, the appetizers are sub-par). They usually have at least one GF dessert option.
Being from Chicago, I'm used to great pizza! Their gluten free pizza did not disappoint. My only complaint is I wish they put more toppings on.
Best gluten free pizza I have ever eaten. My husband also got a white pizza (he can't eat tomatoes) that was great. Will be going back to try some of the other food and the gluten free beer.
If you have Celiac do not eat here! I ordered a gf pizza with only pepperoni on it and got very sick. The crust either was not gf as promised or was cross contaminated in the kitchen. I got sick very soon after which only happens when I ingest gluten. Will not make this mistake again, I should have checked to make sure there was a separate area for gluten free preparation. So here is a heads up for the rest of us Celiacs.
Loved it! I chose the Vegan Pizza with the gluten free crust and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients (crimini mushrooms, garlic, olive oil and soy cheese) and the crust was thin but flavorful which surprised me because gluten free pizza crust tend to be flavorless or not taste good at all. They also told me they had a vegan gf brownie. I didn't order it because I can't eat chocolate but that's another option on the menu.
This place is awesome ! The GF pizza is great and I would recommend the build your own pizza it's fun and tasty. The service is excellent. I would recommend to anyone. The only slight draw back is its kinda expensive. 2.00 for each topping is high. but please check them out !
Very good restaurant. Knowledgeable about gf requirements in the kitchen. I got my own personal pizza with mozzarella and basil and I finished it off with a gf brownie. Shannon, a waitress, asked me to mention her name. She is very knowledgeable, and helped me out.
My favorite gluten free pizza crust. My favorite topping is the four cheese and dry tomatoes and the pear and gorgonzola. So far. The organic sodas are really good, tried and approve the ginger ale, black cherry and the coke, all from bottles. I really liked this place, and that its organic and green.
I love this place! I haven't had pizza this good in a long, long time. I came back 3 times in a single week it was so good. The Big Kahuna was my favorite, but the pepperoni is great too. Excellent crust. Pairs well with a pint of Green's. And the best part? I wasn't glutened because they have a dedicated prep space and oven! I was bummed to learn that the Los Angeles locations closed — I hope they come back someday. :(
