Daughter and I both have CD and explained that as we ordered. We were told about the separate preparation area for GF items. Our pizza was great and neither of us had any type of reaction. When we got our receipt, I noted it said "high allergy" on our GF orders.
The waitress was excellent & knowledgeable about gluten. All the pizzas can be gluten free except for a few toppings. They even have a gluten free brownie, Reese's peanut butter cup pie( which was excellent) & beer. The manager came over to check on us & was very personable. I asked about cross contamination for the gluten free items. He said all the right things. They have a separate prep area, put the pizzas are on their own tray & purchase the gluten free dough from an outside vendor. We had the salad, pepperoni pizza, the Reese's peanut butter cup pie & beer. All were very good. I had no physical problems the next day. The name was changed to Tampa Pizza Company a few months ago. They are now independent & are not part of a franchise.
I love this place! Lots of gluten free options and it tastes so delicious!
We cater to many customers with gluten intolerance with our gluten-free crust. We use a mixture of garbanzo bean, fava bean and rice flour to make our gluten-free and vegan pizza crust, and our sauce and cheese are gluten-free as well.
If you have Celiac do not eat here! I ordered a gf pizza with only pepperoni on it and got very sick. The crust either was not gf as promised or was cross contaminated in the kitchen. I got sick very soon after which only happens when I ingest gluten. Will not make this mistake again, I should have checked to make sure there was a separate area for gluten free preparation. So here is a heads up for the rest of us Celiacs.

This place was amazing! They only had two things on the menu that WEREN'T GF, and they were starred! They are also vegan friendly. Nice enviroment and wonderful people!
Yes
Only a couple ingredients aren't GF so there are LOTS of choices. When ordering, the server knew right away what was GF and what wasn't.
Yes
Terrible service (worst I've had in years.) Also took over an hour to get one pizza even when they weren't busy. GF crust was ok, but thin and chewy, very difficult to cut. My daughter and I both felt like we'd eaten gluten on the way home. Very disappointing. With so many GF options in Tampa, I'm sure we won't be back there.
love this place. safe for celiacs
Just want to note they cook pizza on top shelf of the same oven as they cook other pizzas.

Son has celiac. We’ve eaten here several times over the past few months with no issue. He loves the GF Pizza. It comes out in a different shaped box so there’s no confusion. Regular crust pizza is great too

The food was amazing, but I feel off. Thankfully I don’t feel horrible, so I think it’s only a slight exposure. From other reviews I was really hoping. I’m extremely sensitive, so maybe that’s the difference. I will buy again for my family, I’m not sure if I’ll eat from here again.

Delicious organic pizza and they have personal and large options for GF pizza. I had the Farmer’s Market and added bacon and sausage. Soooo good!
