If you want an Udi's crust on your pizza, buy one at the grocery store and bake it at home. The crust was very over-cooked, all but inedible. It was hard to find any sauce. The cheese was scant. We even ordered a second time, giving the Hut the benefit of the doubt. But Pizza Hut's GF offering was consistently horrible, a burnt offering. At least I didn't get sick.

Called this location and they said they dont offer gluten-free options.
Online ordering has a disclaimer about not being a gluten free environment. Does not give any options for notes to the staff like asking about changing gloves, etc. never had any issues, but they use a premade udis brand crust. Nothing special.

Pizza Hut has a GF crust made by Udi’s. Their website explains how they limit cross contamination but says to call. The store manager there is amazing - very kind, knowledgeable about cross contamination, and helpful. I found him to be the most reassuring of all the fast food places that a 13-year old boy wants to eat at.
And then the pizza itself was yummy!

Pizza is good, not the best crust I’ve had, but good enough. I haven’t been sick from eating there, have ordered several times.
