Pizza Hut

I had an Udi’s Pizza with pepperoni - all from the gf kit. The person who prepared the pizza was very conscientious and followed procedures carefully. However, I still experienced mild cross contamination symptoms. I’m guessing that this was from the shared oven - even though it was cooked on parchment paper.

I was so surprised to see that they offer GF pizza (Udis) on their menu. It was so nice to enjoy a pizza at a pizza specialty restaurant! Loved it!

The Udi's gluten free pizza crust is delicious. I have celiacs and I did not get sick from eating this, so I'm very pleased!

Online ordering has a disclaimer about not being a gluten free environment. Does not give any options for notes to the staff like asking about changing gloves, etc. never had any issues, but they use a premade udis brand crust. Nothing special.

Pizza Hut has a GF crust made by Udi’s. Their website explains how they limit cross contamination but says to call. The store manager there is amazing - very kind, knowledgeable about cross contamination, and helpful. I found him to be the most reassuring of all the fast food places that a 13-year old boy wants to eat at.

And then the pizza itself was yummy!

Pizza is good, not the best crust I’ve had, but good enough. I haven’t been sick from eating there, have ordered several times.
