There is none! Cross contamination is inevitable. They tell you this on the sign at the restaurant where the gluten free pizza is marked. You can't go by the reviews here at ALL.
The pizza is good but none of it is safe for Celiac's or gluten intolerant people. I got nasty skin rashes taking a chance and eating here after reading the reviews here. I thought it would be ok despite the restaurant's warnings. It's not. A person with Celiac's would be writhing over in pain! Do NOT come here. Avoid avoid avoid.

Staff knew what gluten free meant and stated that it would be cooked in the same oven. They did not recommend eating there if you were very allergic.

One of my favorite spots to eat when my gluten free family comes to town. Great pizza. The shrimp alpesto is my number one choice. Unlike other places in southbeach this place won't break your wallet. I always bring from 5 to 8 family members, we drink and have a good time. The best part is I have never wasted more than 150 dollars in this place. Super fair prices for south beach. Ask for the family special. You won't regret it.
Easy and delicious. Staff very friendly. Cooked in delegate foil tray also.
If you are really hungry and there's not another place you might chance it.
We ordered a gluten free BBQ Chicken Pizza. The male employee who took our order was helpful and nice. However, the pizza was just okay and we've had WAY better. The crust was not cooked long enough so it was mushy and gross.
I watched the server cut a gluten-filled pizza with the same cutter he used on the gluten - free pizza. My son was starving and hadn't eaten all day. There were very limited options so he decided to take a few gluten-eze and eat it even though we saw the serer use the SAME cutter for BOTH pizzas. Not good!
We should have just asked for a refund and left. Disappointing

great pizza and sangria. really enjoyed this restaurant
The food is great. Mariana was our server, she was knowledgeable about gluten and made our experience here that much better. I would recommend
If -0 for a review was an option that would be my review! This place doesn't offer gluten free! Stay away! We arrived before lunch they had 3 tables. We ask if they had gluten free. They stated it was cooked in the same oven on the same trays. I asked if they could clean the tray first they said NO they may get busy?!!!!! They said they prepare it on the same area as the other pizzas. What!! We left! How can they offer gluten free? RUN!

offers GF pizza BUT they don't really. we tried and were told only the flour and cheese is GF. They said risk of cross contamination was high as not prepped or cooked separately which I can accept, when we wanted to add ham, olives etc we were told only the cheese was GF nothing else. At that point we got up and left.

Currently on holiday from England, and was after a cheapish meal. My fiancé ordered a ham and mushroom gluten free pizza, the base was really good, probably one of the best gluten free pizzas she's had. Comes on a 10" base, total was $14.99 plus tax. The kitchen is not a gluten free zone, however no problems with cross contamination were encountered on this occasion (she's a coeliac so sensitive to this). Would recommend.

My daughter is celiac so someone recomended Pizza rustica, we wnt there and that day they didn,t have gluten free pizaa.
So call first, they don,t have always the gluten free crust.
pizza is just okay
Had the pizza delivered. They were fast but the pizza was cold and not thoroughly cooked. Bigger issue was that gluten free wasn't apparently gluten free. About an hour after eating had all my symptoms from eating gluten.
Good & yummy gluten free pizza & beer. Ordered the gluten free pepperoni pizza and was fine, but 4 hours later I got a bad stomach ache with my normal gluten symptoms :/
Pizza was fine, crust was chewy and a little under cooked. Price was reasonable compared to other gluten free pizza places.

Great location in the middle of Lincoln Street. Gluten free pizza and beer were good, regular pizza and side salad were just 'okay'.
The pizza was TASTY. however, I woke up this morning with a stomach ache and my typical glutened symptoms :(
Amazing pizza, I had the arugula pizza GF, to die amazing. I felt normal and not like I had to just eat a salad. And they even have a really good GF beer available. What more can I ask for! The best GF pizza I've tasted! And to boot, the price was a joke, supper affordable.
They did have some gluten free options by it was a buyer beware scenario. The employee was unsure what toppings would qualify but assured us it was cooked separately. Didn't get sick!
Well considering this was the only gluten free pizza joint I could find around in a reasonable radius, it's pretty good. It's not gourmet but they have lots of options, the size of the pie is bigger than most gf options, and the price was cheap for south beach.
Omg pesto and shrimp pizza GF... There is a G-d!
When i called to get a carry out pizza, they informed me that there is a high risk of cross contamination with their pizza oven. I declined and ended up eating elsewhere. Didnt want to risk it. I was very disappointed.
