I have celiac. I went though my dinner choice with the server who said that while the kitchen was not gluten free, they change pans and gloves to cook the pizza. my reaction to the pizza leads me to believe that they do no such thing. I had a very distinct and u¦pleasant reaction that indicated that I came in contact with a large amount of gluten. I would not recommend this restaurant to ANYONE with celiac disease. steer clear of this place.
