Food was good. Wait was long. Host was one of the rudest people I've ever met. Talked on his phone, dismissing people waiting to be seated as unimportant. This restaurant had a slew of rude hosts, this guy led the pack.

I tend to always get the same thing when I go - the burger salad - but that's because its delicious. I get it with the fries & bacon (shared fryer) but I'm sure it'd be quite tasty without for high sensitivity eaters. They're burgers are yummy & they use Udi's brand gf rolls which are excellent. Manager has always personally come to ask us if we have an allergy or if gf is just our preference; this puts us at ease & shows that they care.

They have a fairly decent amount of gluten-free options. The manager him/herself will bring you the gluten-free menu to make sure that you are informed that anything fried could have trace amounts due to the sharing of the fryer. If you get the greens, I would advise going w/o dressing. It tastes like it is from an envelope mix. Everything else is great :)

Not only did they provide me with a GF menu, the manager came to my table to explain everything to me, and even brought our wings to the table himself. You really have a whole menu full of options to choose from. I have celiac, and it can be nerve-wracking going to restaurants...but there is nothing to worry about here! Do yourself a favor and give this place a try, the food is tasty and the service cannot be beat.

I just went here on 2/26/16 and had the best experience! I am GF, DF and I have T1 Diabetes so I am triple the fun lol They have a separate menu; the chicken tenders have rice flour on them so GF. There are a few beers and ciders. The waitstaff is very knowledgeable and understanding and will explain anything for you. They have a dedicated fryer! The GM brought us our food which I didn't know at the time. I asked out waiter to talk to the GM, and here comes the guy that brought us our food. I told him thank you because it's hard to find genuine places that understand gluten and other food sensitivities

Plan B has a gluten free menu with many options from appetizers, salads, entrees, all of their burgers from their regular menu and dessert. They have gluten free rolls for their burgers which are delicious! The dessert option "The B Cup" is a flour less chocolate cake with chocolate and vanilla mouse in the middle, surrounded by chocolate ganache and topped with a swirl of icing, resembling a Hostess cupcake. They do not have a gluten dedicated fryer for their fries, but do have the option to bake them separately for people with severe allergies.

I have 2 children with celiac disease. One also has a peanut allergy. They are 3 and 5, so we don't go out often, due to cross contamination fears. However, we were going to be sightseeing, and I had called ahead to make sure there was a dedicated fryer. After I asked the server for the gf menu, the manager, Dave, immediately came over and asked who needed to be gluten free. He then went on to explain to us what was safe, and, along with our server, made sure to take care of us. I truly felt like they actually cared for the welfare of my kids today. I could have cried. The food was amazing, and I cannot express my gratitude enough for restaurants like this, who obviously educate their staff, as well as hire people who actually care about others. We will be going back, again and again!!

The two best words in the world of gluten free cuisine, dedicated fryer. My wife was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. When we went to Plan B we felt like everyone else. We could order almost everything on the menu. Burgers, fries, wings, even chicken tenders! We walked in to a very friendly welcome. My partner has severe gluten allergy and we found this place on find me gf so we decided to give it a try. We were greeted by Candice. She was extremely friendly and engaged but not to the point of overkill. Once we requested a gluten free menu, the manager actually brought it to our table and explained the gf items which reflected how safe and knowledgable their establishment is with regard to gluten allergies and celiac disease. Their burgers are fresh and ground on site so it's an added plus to have inhouse burgers and not frozen gluten free patties. Everything we tried/ had was incredible. They even have a delicious chocolate cake dessert to die for. We have even discussed maybe sometime driving the 2.5 hours for that delicious burger. It's rare to find an establishment that literally takes the time to assure someone with a food allergy that they are safe there. If you do the smart thing and go here, ask for Candice!
