Very disappointed! Terrible service the staff was very rude. They weren't very concerned about cross contamination. We should have just left but we already started ordering and the other reviews on here were good. We got our food and there was hair in one of the subs. Not to mention the bread was crumbling and in pieces. Don't waste your time!!!!
The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. This sub was by far the best sub sandwich I have had in 14 years since finding out I had celiac! The owner was also very very accommodating!! We will be returning soon!!
Great bread made in house.
They make their own GF hoagie bread in house and it's delicious! Little crumbly (like a lot of GF bread) but taste is spot-on. Very careful with cross contamination and will take extra care if you ask them. Good for celiacs!
Gluten free sub buns are baked on premises. They taste good, but fall apart quickly- crumbly.
Was super excited to read other reviews, been wanting a sub for a long time... hubby went to order and they couldnt find the box of gf bread, then when he asked if they had the ability to heat it, they said yeah they can heat any sub-he rementioned the gf part (like a seperate area for gf) and they dont have a designated place to heat. So, never got to try them bc of the lack of confidence from employees and the lost box of gf bread. Rest of fam tried them out, they were happy.
Delicious - my family loves the "Planet Sub" baked sub. The owners have gone out of their way to offer GF bread for all of their subs. They use dedicated equipment for preparation and baking. The sub offerings are unique with fresh, quality ingredients - so much better than s--way!! The GF bread is fresh and delicious! If you're traveling on I-44 (or Route 66) I highly recommend a stop here. They will also do a lettuce wrap if you prefer. UPDATE July 2016 - new GF bread recipe, even better!!!
