We were pleasantly surprised that the restaurant in the museum had quite a nice selection of gf options. On the day we went, they offered rice bowls with a nice selection of toppings, GF pasta with choice of sauce; butter, tomato or cheese, a personal pizza and a hot dog with a gf bun. I highly suggest that you make sure the person handling your food changes his./her gloves and uses a clean pan/spatula. They serve the GF food, but I don't believe they are well trained in cross contamination.
