Gluten free menu, knowledgable staff, gluten free menu. Just be aware that it is a small kitchen so cross contamination is possible.

All the dishes I ordered were labeled gluten free. They made sure the kitchen knew I had celiac disease when putting in the order for the poke as an extra careful measure. I have eaten here several times and never gotten sick. I do usually stick to the poke and don't have experience with their cooked food items.
This is NOT a restaurant for celiacs. They were not at all accommodating, and do not take any measures to avoid cross contamination. The woman taking our order acted irritated about our questions about avoiding gluten. The non-celiacs in our family had poke and it was fantastic. Our celiac had to just eat rice, as that was the only safe option.

Steer clear. The owners do not have a real understanding of what contains gluten. For example, my entree was gluten free, but it came with a salad dressed with soy sauce and fries from a shared fryer(I could even see bits of flour on them). The staff does not understand what gluten free means. There are much safer options elsewhere nearby.

Be very careful here. There are many things on the GF menu that are actually not gluten-free. The girls at the counter walked me through what I could eat when I said I had celiac. The grill is shared too. Be sure to ask a lot of questions.
amazing atmosphere! nice gluten free selection. if you are very sensitive you might have a problem.
Very delicious! However, regular fries are mislabeled on menu board. They are not gluten free but the sweet potato fries are gluten free. My daughter and I were able to get a gf version of teriyaki chicken with rice and steamed vegetables.
