Do not eat here if you are Celiac or sensitive/allergic to gluten. If you just choose to be gluten free, then it's fine. There is flour all over the surfaces in the kitchen. The preparers gloves were coated in flour, so I asked her very nicely if she could change her gloves since I was ordering a gluten free pizza, she rudely responded that this is a restaurant... I knew I was at a restaurant! They put the pizza on a flour filled pan when it came out of the oven, then used the same pizza slicer she used on the customer in front of me's glutenous pizza..... Cross contamination risk is guaranteed. So sad to offer GF pizza crust and do nothing to actually make it edible for GF people:(

It's just a filthy restaurant. Look at what crud and grunge is in the employees uniforms that are preparing the food.

Not for people with celiac. Pizza is placed in oven bare, right where last pizza was sitting. Utensils are not dedicated. You will get sick eating here.

They wanted to cook my pizza on the same oven surface as non-gf pies and without a pan. I asked for a pan and they said they couldn't do that but offered to clean the oven. They scraped it with a brush but a lot of leftover burnt crust pieces remained. They started to put my pizza on top of this and I apologized but had to leave. Very nice folks and they tried hard but I explained I had Celiac and they still didn't seem to get what that meant in terms of safe food prep.
