Was so nervous to eat here as someone with celiac, even after reading all the positive reviews. I just moved out here from CT where there weren't any spots like this around. Well, the pizza was amazing and I didn't get sick! Wish the crust was bigger, it was only 6 slices instead of the typical 8 but it was still nice to have fresh pizza after so many years of missing it. My server, Keegan, was also extremely knowledgeable and patient as I was asking a bunch of questions lol.

I don’t have a whole lot to add to the numerous other positive reviews. I’m in from out of town and tried this place and really wish there was one where I live. On the other hand it’s probably good there’s not a location near me because I would gain 1000 pounds. Their pizza is so dang good.

I tried their sister location, the Dough Counter as well. I like this location’s pizza better than the Dough Counter pizza. Their pizza’s also very good, but it’s just really thick crust and I just don’t prefer all that bread. The Dough Counter, though, has really good , chicken strips and french fries that are all gluten-free. And their sauces are yummy too. I don’t think you can go wrong at either location.

Folks, you can believe the hype! Pizza was so good I felt like I was having a religious experience (but I was also really hungry so maybe it was that).

Waiter told me the entire left side of the kitchen is GF, and they use a separate oven. I got a specialty GF pizza (the Brooklyn one maybe?), which was delicious and safe. My friend got a gluten pizza and also enjoyed it.

Wish I had one of these in my hometown. Definitely would recommend!

Expectations were high because of all the positive reviews and we were not disappointed. GF Pizza and GF salad were awsome - simply the best GF Pizza I ever had so far. Also, the range of different Pizzas is broad or you can even design your own. And they really have a separate oven. In terms of safety, this is as good as it can get. Waiter was friendly and knowledgable. Really greatful that this place exists!

If you have Celiac / a gluten intolerance you know how hard it is to replicate the experience of a good pizza. I’d even settle for a decent or even an okay pizza sometimes.

Well I can’t settle anymore and it’s thanks to this place. Legit the best pizza I’ve ever had, even pre-diagnosis. It’s delicious, and I’ve never ever had a problem with getting sick. They’re super careful and everything comes labeled with a little wooden GF stick so that’s helpful for peace of mind as well. Seriously this place redefined and sets the bar for gluten free pizza. Just make sure to specify it’s an allergy/Celiac! Also I’m pretty sure they make it with some kind of de-glutenized wheat starch, which makes it so fluffy and delicious. I was skeptical but have had 0 reactions. Be cautious if you have a true wheat allergy, though.

I got violently ill 2 hours after ingesting their pizza. :( they use wheat starch (certified process to remove gluten, their flour is from italy ). If you are sensitive to wheat, I would not eat here at all.

I was blown away by this pizza—it is the BEST crust I have ever had, gluten-free or not! I have had celiac for 12+ years and one of the things I miss the most is that “chew” from pizza crust … and this has it! Toppings are delicious and high quality. Our server recommended the Toscana, which is a margherita pizza and then arugula, prosciutto, grape tomatoes, and more cheese are added on top. It was amazing! We also got the pistachio one which we liked but was a little rich for us. I will come back here every time I’m in Denver.

Ordered carry out after a Rockies game while traveling thru on a road trip. Staff was very kind, accommodating and celiac aware. I had the GF Margherita pizza and it was 😍😍😍. I have never found a pizza place with so few ingredients in their GF crust (no cellulose, starches, sugar - according to their website, and how I felt after I ate), plus it was yummy and tasted like a regular pizza. SO SO SO SO GOOD! We are here in the summer of 2021 with our celiac kiddo while on vacation in Denver. She hasn’t stopped talking about that meal for an entire year….so, we travelled back to Denver this summer and knew this restaurant was a MUST. Separate kitchen space - food comes out marked - and best of all….it’s DELISH! Our celiac kiddo is 7 years old and she enjoyed nearly an entire 12” pizza herself. This place was incredible! Service was super fast and while we had a brand new server, they still did a great job with knowing about gluten and cross contamination measures. I had the lemoncello chicken wings, "focaccia", and the GF Sicilia pizza. Everything was delicious, but I wouldn't order the focaccia again as it was just a cooked GF crust served with vinegar and olive oil and tasted a bit bland on its own. We went during happy hour on a Sunday and were seated immediately and our food and drinks were served quickly. I did not get sick and would definitely come back!

*It is important to note the crust has certified gluten free wheat starch, so it is not safe for people with wheat allergies, just gluten intolerances or celiac.

This is my favorite place to get gluten free pizza. I have eaten here many times and never once had any issues. I usually grab a pizza to take home with me after a chemotherapy session as a special treat. This time my sons were able to join me though so we ate at the restaurant. The gf pizzas are insanely good- they have a dedicated gf wood fired oven that gives a similar char and crisp as the regular crust (comparing to back before I knew I was celiac). And The Pizza toppings are way better quality than your average pizza. Best gf pizza I have had hands down!

I ordered the focaccia, the eggplant rollatini, and the Nutella pizza. Oh my goodness the eggplant was delicious. I would absolutely eat here again. No reaction.

Dedicated gf pizza oven and everything comes labeled ‘gluten free.’ All my friends think the gf pizza is better than the regular 🤷🏼‍♀ Gf focaccia and spinach artichoke dip was also really good!

Delicious pizza made on dedicated equipment! Pizza even comes out marked gluten free which is always nice. My husband couldn’t tell it was gf!

Had an amazing experience. The gluten free crust is amazing and and tastes like NY pizza. Dough is from Italy! GF Limoncello wings are bomb!

My wife was wanting some really good pizza but she has Celiacs disease and can’t process gluten. Then we found Marco’s Coal fired pizza about 8 months ago. This place takes gluten free very seriously by changing gloves, using a designated area and pizza peel. Along with using a really good quality 00 Gluten free pizza flour from Italy. If your gluten free and looking for great pizza this is the place to go but keep in mind this place isn’t cheap but well worth it.
