Delicious, staff were knowledgeable and did a clean scoop from the back, pulled toppings from separate bins. The lack of an allergy list for the ice creams was the only drawback.

Excellent for all sorts of allergies! Staff are helpful and we'll trained on allergy protocols (wash hands, clean gloves, clean scooper), and they have a designated allergy freezer they pull from for any allergy customers. I was able to get DF ice cream on a GF cone, which was delicious, and properly filled all the way to the tip! And my nut-allergic spouse was also able to safely get a treat for himself. Nobody was rushing and they clearly took their jobs seriously. Highly recommend!

The staff was very helpful and understood my concerns. They have a list of gf ice creams, and all the gf ice creams are scooped from a fresh container in the back after the staff washes their hands and changes gloves. They also have gf cones!

Went here as a kid and didn’t think i’d be able to come after I developed my allergies! They were so helpful with my gluten and dairy allergies- making sure they used different scoops that had not been used and going into the back to get ice cream that hadnt yet been scooped out of. Vegan hot fudge is to die for!!

My favorite place in Lex Center. Thought I would be limited going here after my diagnosis but I was NOT! They have GF cones (the part I was most sad about losing!) and know what they are doing. Change of gloves, clean scoops, and a separate allergy freezer.

Awesome service and incredible ice cream!!! Tell them you have an allergy, and they’ll immediately ask if you want them to scoop from a fresh container in the back. Many of their flavors are GF, but you can ask to find out about specific ones. They also have a bunch of dairy free options. No worries about cross contamination here!!!

Gf cookies and cream ice cream! (Look on the flavor board rather than in the ice cream vase as I think it’s kept separately.) I ordered two flavors and mentioned I had a gluten allergy and my server immediately offered to use a clean scoop and a fresh container from the back.

The staff is very understanding about celiac disease and always handle my requests very carefully.

Most of the ice cream flavors are gluten free, but don’t just assume. You need to ask. If you tell them that you are a Celiac then they will go in the back and get ice cream from a fresh batch.

The ice cream is also really good.

They do not have gluten free ice cream cones.

GLUTEN FREE COOKIES AND CREAM!!!! (ask for Gluten Free Hydrox ice cream). Need I say more!? Gluten free cones too and very allergy conscious regarding cross contamination. This is our go-to ice cream place, have yet to find anywhere else like it! The best!!

Love both locations here and in Belmont(though we go to Belmont more). Both locations will wash scoopers and get clean tub in back. They also will get sprinkles from clean bin. Oh FYI extremely good ice cream and hard frozen yogurt!!!

We were wonderfully surprised to find gluten free ice cream cones here. My daughter loved having her ice cream in a cone instead of a dish for a change. And it was great ice cream.
