August 04, 2012same thing...love the pizza and atmosphere at pier park red brick...but hate the fact that they can only cook one at a time....they are about 15 minutes apart when u get them.

The pizza was great as was the gelato. They have an extensive menu with everything labeled if it was gf or dairy free or vegan. A portion of the proceeds from the gf pizza goes to Celiac research which is good to know. The only drawback was that we ordered 3 gf pizzas and they can only cook one at a time. It took a long time for all of us to eat. Guess it couldn't be helped because they cook it in the back to prevent cross contamination.

Asked them specifically to be careful and not cross contaminate. I felt like they were blowing me off, which apparently they did as I did get sick.

The food was greasy. The crust had the bad gluten after taste. The staff seemed annoyed at our order. We will not be going back.

Eh. They do have GF crust. And donate to GF charity. But the crust only comes in small size and they have difficulty cooking it evenly - burnt on edges and gooey in the middle. My 7 yo didn't seem to mind, though. : )

First time eating here. Very tastey personal GF pizza. Crust was thin, not dry, kind of buttery. I will be back and update if my review changes. They charge 1$ more for GF crust. I came back second time and the pizza was AWESOME again! They should label so we know what dressings we can have, but still very yummy pizza!!

New to this gluten free life style. My son loves pizza and was recently diagnosed with gluten sensitivity. Pepperoni pizza was delicious. Thin crust was a little chared on the edges but great flavor. Thanks Red Brick Pizza for making my sons day!!!!

I love that I can eat pizza and feel normal again! Plus, IT'S GOOD! I love the margarita pizza the best, but the veggie gourmet was pretty spectacular too. They handle the gfree separately and have separate utensils. Hooray pizza!!

I wish I lived closer to them. Their pizza is incredibly wonderful. They have very pretty outdoor seating. The service is great. I have been there over 5 times and never had a reaction. Their pizza is the best gf pizza I have had in my 7 years of gf living.

BEST gluten free pizza. And I don't give that designation away easily. I have tried pizzas in about every place I've traveled and can't find anything as tasty. Amazing flavor in the crust. I live in Oregon and I've been back pn two separate trips. Back twice in one of those trips. :-)

Imagine a wood fired oven fresh gluten-free pizza you don't have to be afraid to eat! This place is really knowledgeable about gluten issues and keeps a separate station, tools, and oven baking stone for their gluten free orders. The manager pioneered gluten free options for Red Brick in response to his niece's celiacs. Most of the items on their menu can be made gluten free, even their sandwiches, and they are very family friendly. I have never had a reaction here so they must ne pretty careful.
