The server did not know what gluten was and had a hard comprehending which items might be unsafe. They definitely have a shared fryer, so avoid anything fried (which is most of the menu). I ended up getting a brisket and egg hash, and did not get sick.

No GF distinctions on the menu, but the service was amaaaaaaaazing. We probably asked our server 47 questions about the menu, and he answered all of them enthusiastically. I got the Joe Blow breakfast, and was able to substitute grits for toast. My frozen Irish coffee was amazing, too.

Great breakfast! Waitstaff were very helpful.
