Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. My burger was flagged with a purple tag to visually differentiate between the gluten meals. It was an amazing gluten free bun and the online ordering tool was helpful!

I eat here almost weekly. There are a lot of options and the fries are safe and bottomless. I usually get the French dip (minus onions for gf) on the gluten free bun. Lettuce wrap isn't bad for sandwiches either. Just let your server know it's an allergy.

The waiter seemed very knowledgeable when I told him of my allergy, ordered a chili burger and 'replaced' the bun with a gluten free bun. However they either didn't replace the bun or the French fries/hamburger were cross contaminated. I feel so sick and I'm disappointed they didn't take the precautions necessary for their allergen menu.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
GF is A+. Service is rotten. We've eaten there at least 4 times (2 chicken bruschetta, one bacon cheese burger, one egg burger). Loved the food; wish the servers were trained better. Drinks didn't get refilled. Kids' orders were supposed to go in first and didn't. Extra napkins never came. Even to see the allergy binder required me to wait for other diners to finish with it first. The hosts/ hostesses are the worst. They don't greet you & because of the way the front door is situated, they can't tell who arrived first.

Nice allergen list - though it isn't always updated. Request the manager and they can print out a new one. They have GF buns. They also will fry your fries separately if requested (they will be in a yellow basket as opposed to the normal red baskets),

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)

Always a trusted option when looking to eat out
My family used to go to Red Robin. Pretty good about my very severe allergies to wheat, barley, cashew, and pistachio. I always got the plain chicken breast which is pretty good.

Our experience was great. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions with confidence. He was fantastic as a server! We order the kids grilled chicken with French fries and ranch, which the server said was GF without even me asking. We will be back.

The staff was very good about the cross contamination and even brought my food out separate.
