Red robin claims to have a GF menu but upon arrival and requesting one I was told I had to use my phone and go online to see what was available, which I found very strange. Plus after looking online and finding a choice, I was then told this particular restaurant did not carry that item. Back to the menu and after three tries I finally found something I wanted and they had!! Then there was the back and forth about what was safe. Again referred to online. Why can't the restaurant print copies?? I found the entire thing silly and tiring. Finally received my burger, but it was an hour after I ordered.

Of all the chain restaurants RedRobin probably has the most gluten free offerings. I've never gotten sick after eating here. I was very skeptical the first time I ate here and made our server ask the manager on duty and the cook to confirm GF options. Fries are done in a separate fryer and the lettuce wraps are delicious. I've had the gluten free bun once and personally didn't care for it, but I am pretty picky.

waitress was clueless but nice. she ordered me a guacamole burger because she just wasn't sure how to ring in my order. manager helped her reorder it but she still brought guacamole on the side. their guacamole I'd not gluten free. ???? manager no where to be seen after that. not even busy when I went? ate my new burger and did no get sick so it was good

Terrific service from Trav. Knowledgeable on gluten free needs, and very kind. Ordered g free burger with g free bun and fries (made in separate fryer) and daughter ordered grilled chicken breast with g free bun. Delish! For once, my whole family had a sandwich and fries, together! And we passed the three hour mark of not getting sick after a meal out! Terrific!

Dedicated gluten free and celiac friendly kitchen, now with iPads as allergen menus that lists all ingredients you would have to replace (if possible) for any menu item. Knowledgeable and attentive staff for multiple visits in my experience.

Beware!! Twice I've asked for gf menu and TWICE after I've ordered and began eating, they've let me know my food contained gluten/was contaminated. Both times with a "oh is this an allergy or a preference?" Question from management..... I don't understand that but I won't be given them a third attempt.

General manager came over to our table (neice has celiac) and told us about their special prep area, gluten free fryer and had an iPad with everything we could order. They cook their burgers initially on a rotisserie type grill that is ver safe. We just had them run ours twice and skip the flat grill to avoid any cross contamination. Server was very nice and helpful

Brought an iPad to order on. The iPad wasn't working, but the bartender was very familiar with what and how to order to make sure that my meal was safe. Will come back for sure. My only complaint is that they have Redbridge gluten free beer on display, but no longer serve it.

The food is good, gluten free options are okay. They no longer give a printed list of gf options, they hand you an ipad with the Red Robin app on it. I do not like being asked if gf is "an allergy or a lifestyle choice" because Celiac is neither.

I have visited Red Robin twice since I was diagnosed with my gluten allergy. My first experience, they gave me a meal that was not GF when I ordered it GF. I was sick all day. My second experience, I ordered the Southern Charm burger; the GF bun was so hard I could not even eat it with the bun, I ate the patty by itself. I do not recommend the Red Robin in Manchester, NH on South Willow street if you have a severe allergy.

Terrible service. They couldn't get their tablet with the allergy menu to work so I was told to use my phone. The server was not very knowledgeable and did not instill confidence that my meal would be gluten free. She said she would ask the chef my questions but never came back to the table until our order was ready. I was annoyed that she put the order in without checking with me first. I wouldn't have asked the questions if the answers didn't impact my order. The food was mediocre and I didn't feel great afterwards but I didn't get violently ill either. I would not go back again unless I talked directly to the manager or the chef.

The kitchen and wait staff are not trained on gluten free or cross contamination. If they passed a training course, the material is not enforced in the restaurant. Management doesn't seem concerned about allergy related issues either. While other restaurants in the chain are dependable, this one is one to avoid.

Knoxville TN turkey creek location: we ordered 2 burgers to go, one gluten free with plain fries (with no seasoning i was told would be safe as they have a dedicated fryer) first off: the tablet the server gave me which had the allergen menu on it was filthy. next, the burgers were way overdone. they didn't label the to-go boxes, so i had to guess which one wouldn't make me sick. the fries definitely had some sort of seasoning on them, so i was afraid to eat them. i called the restaurant the next day to ask them to identify the buns (one had sesame seeds on it, the plain one was g/f) so i could be sure to eat the right one.......... the outsides of both boxes had crumbs and lettuce stuck to them. i just ate the burger and i am not sick, but for nearly $40, (because i tip, because my daughter used to be a server and i know how poor they are) i think i'll skip this red robin next time. i think i simply dodged the bullet playing russian roulette with the dirtiness of this place.
