This is our second time coming to this particular Red Robin and we’re happy with how they handle GF. The manager will come and talk to you etc. Unlike the Red Robin in the Palisades Mall in West Nyack, the service is good and you don’t have to worry that your order is going to come out wrong. It’s only about 15 minutes from the Palisades Mall, so it’s an easy decision to come here.

Allergen menu available on their website or you can ask to see it in the restaurant (they'll bring you an ipad with the menu). Make sure to ask for the gluten free french fries. Food was great. Servers were excellent in handling the needs of both my kids with celiac.

The restaurant does not have the allergen - gluten free menu to provide to the guest. You need to go on the website to look for the allergen - gluten free menu. Theyhave an area in the kitchen dedicated to allergen - gluten free and a manager is there to make sure your food does not come into contact with other food that contains allergen - gluten.

First time at this new location. Very nice atmosphere, family friendly and friendly staff. Very large Gluten-free Menu online on there website, check it out. Awesome burgers, dedicated fryer. Our new go to place for burgers and fries. Definitely a must for celiacs!

They are always so good about gluten free food, it's always delicious and I never get sick. Ask for a gluten free bun and request the fries gluten free (no seasoning).

We ordered ahead for curbside pickup, and couldn’t have been happier with our service! My burger and fries were not only in their own container (which I know is standard), but were also put into their own plastic bag to keep them away from the other items in the larger bag. And as always, my burger and French fries were delicious!

I love knowing I can safely get a gluten free bun and fries at Red Robin. It’s our go to when I crave a burger. Their seasoning is also gluten free and you can buy a 16 oz container. I use it at home all the time!

We called in an order everybody was super nice. The lady on the phone made sure everything safe double checking everything. When the kitchen messed up our order she called and explained the situation and made them redo it. We were happy that she was honest and the food was awsome. There hamburger buns were great they didn't have the Gritty flavor or texture to them. They also have a dedicated fryer.
