They can make most items with gluten free soy sauce. Doesn't change things that are battered or dumplings or something, but still darn good.
Although they don't have a gluten free menu, if you ask, they will make anything on their menu that would be gluten free if not for the aoy sauce with gluten-free soy sauce. I had hot amd sour soup, tuna tartar, chicken lettuce wraps, and shrimp, all made gluten-free for me. Once they get a gluten free menu, I would give them 5 stars.
