The menu has a decent amount of clearly marked GF items. I ordered the stuffed poblano (marked gf) and it turns out it is cooked in a cross contaminated fryer. To their credit, they did pay attention to the allergy note I asked the server to put on my ticket and had a manger come tell me about the cross contamination issue before preparing my food, so I was able to order something else. I was a bit disappointed but very thankful they were paying attention and caught it. The mushroom risotto I had was delicious and the manager assured me they would fix the menu. Overall good experience.

Food is absolutely delicious. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Not dedicated gluten free but staff was more than accommodating. Have eaten here safely twice and feel very comfortable coming back

Lots of great GF options and knowledgeable servers. The apps we had (polenta tots and blistered chilis) and the cocktails were really excellent. Bison short rib was okay, but not great, esp at this price point. Good stop for interesting southwestern food.
I really wanted to visit this restaurant but after a phone conversation it was clear that they have GF options but they are cross contaminated and very limited. I would not take someone with Celiac here.

Extensive gluten free many with a variety of options. Fun environment.
