The server was unaware of my options and when she checked the cooks were unaware as well, to the point where we left, certain that I was not safe

There tortilla chips are made in a separate frier and are safe to eat. They can make most items gluten free if you ask. I have not gotten glutened here and have eaten many times. I recommend the Chihuahua Chicken, ask they not put soy sauce in it!

This was the worst tasting food I've ever had. The steak fajitas tasted like a urinal cake. I didn't have any reactions to anything I ate, it just didn't taste good at all. The server said it's normally marinated in soy sauce so they had to cook it fresh. I don't know if they expect soy sauce to deliver all the flavor to fajitas or if they didn't season at all thinking there'd be gluten, but I threw up in my mouth after my first bite and couldn't finish it after that. Again, bad taste, not gluten issues.

Awesome food! Share with the server that you have an gluten allergy so the chef is aware. We started with chips and regular red salsa and they also served a avocado salsa with them too. Then we shared carne asada fajitas and the chef came out and checked in with me that their carne asada is normally marinated in soy sauce but she was only going to season with garlic powder and salt and pepper. Ask for the corn tortillas to go with the fajitas. Everything was very yummy and I didn’t get sick!!

The staff really doesn't understand gluten free. I was told most is gluten free but after trying two things on the GF menu and still getting sick, I'm done. The food was good ... But not that good.

The wait staff was great and got a manager to answer my cross contamination issues. I felt pretty safe with the meal I ordered.

Terrible experience. The server didn't seem know much about gluten free even though I specified gf several times. I get not only gastrointestinal distress but also anaphylaxis. Within 20 minutes my face and throat began swelling. Wound up in the emergency room and lost 2 days of work and it will be a month before I'm back to normal. I did call management and they asked questions about the food I received. Of course they never admit liability so I have no idea what it was. I suspect the soft taco shells. They may have been a wheat/corn blend. Unfortunately people without celiac just don't understand how serious this can be.

Just ask for the GF menu. Delicious and our waitress was knowledgeable. The chips and red sauce (not the green) are gf. Will go back!

Great tacos! Not sure about the sauces that come with the chips but it was great to know there is a taco place close by now that serves gluten free tacos.
