I would give ZERO if I could. They have almost everything marked GF but then the manager tells me nothing is technically GF because of many different reasons. Then she recommended ONE thing on the menu but had to make some changes to it. We decided to leave and not risk it.

House chips (red and white) aren’t GF, other chips are. The waitstaff told me our order was GF. The guy who brought our food even went back to the kitchen and asked, and said it was GF. Then our original waiter came over and said, Those aren’t GF!” Of course By that time, we’d nearly finished the dish, after all the confirmations that the chips were safe. To make matters worse, we’re here on vacation.

Waiter assured GF but Nima tested having a gluten in refried beans and chalupa shells-cross contamination is there. He then explains all foods cooked in same area!!!! Not good for Celiacs. Very disappointing and dangerous for Jr as a Celiac.

Food is delicious, but beware. They do not use a dedicated gluten free fryer yet most items labeled gluten free are cooked in the fryer. Found this out the hard way.

I am very disappointed to report that Rosario's no longer holds to good gluten free practices. The chips and puffy tacos that are listed as gluten free are fried in the same oil as their sopapias and the corn tortillas are made on the same equipment as the flour tortillas. This was my third visit there and my four-year-old son and I am both experiencing symptoms of contamination. We were not told about the chips and such until our food was brought out with flour tortillas on the tray. We were not told about the chips until I talked to the manager after our bill was paid. I am very sad to lose one of the few places I thought was safe to eat!!!!

My family's favorite Mexican food! Lots of gf items. They are helpful with special request (my girls are dairy free also). We visit here often and love our experience everytime!
fantastic! The waitress was able to suggest items that were perfect for us... so perfect we also ordered the dessert ( coconut flan), that she recommended. Can't wait to go back again. Wonderful tea, 2 dinners, shared a flan for $35.00.
Best Mexican food I ever had. The shrimp nachos were awesome!!!
Menu was clearly marked GF and waiter was knowledgable about which dishes could be ordered casein free. Their homemade hard shell taco were light and airy...the best I have ever had!

LOVE this place. The prices are good and practically everything is gluten free. They have really different flavors than your typical mexican restaurant and that makes it really fun!

So many labeled gluten free options and super delicious! It was so easy to find something to eat for once. Not as busy as the original location near downtown.
