Some of their meat is gluten free like pulled pork and brisket. Sounds like baby back ribs are not. Sides available are: Salad without croutons, potato salad, mashed potatoes without gravy. Their red sauces are made with beer so those are out. They have a Derby mustard sauce and a vinegar sauce that is gluten free. I may have missed some things.

All meats are GF, only a few sides and sauces are though. Great brisket and pulled pork and both were awesome with the mustard BBQ sauce. The sweet vinegar sauce was fine but not very flavorful. The pork baby back ribs were overcooked sadly. I had greens and potato salad as my GF sides, both were excellent.
I went in today based on other reviews... NOT widely gf. Granted, the meats are all gf... so that is great, and I did plan on eating meat! However, the cornbread is not (and of course the Texas Toast isn't), half the sides are not, and you won't have many sauce options (mustard & vinegar sauces are gf, the 3 tomato-based ones are not). Fries are cooked in a shared fryer. There is only 1 kid's menu item that is gf (most expensive 1!), and even that is supposed to come with fries - you'll pay extra for swapping sides if you need to avoid cc. I'm leaving my rating at 3 stars and not more or less because we actually decided to dine elsewhere after finding out how limited the options were...
Great food great service!

Have a very clean menu, most items gf. Staff very knowledgable about gf, including which items cooked with beer to avoid. They will advise which sauces are wheat free..
