I had a great meal here. Staff knew everything about my needs, ie; informed me the chips are fried in shared grease. Had the pork enchiladas and they were fabulous!
I've always loved Salsa Brava! I remember them adding a gluten free menu years ago, back before I really knew what it meant. Now that I have celiac, I really appreciate having a restaurant in town that has been offering gluten free options for awhile. The hostess automatically pointed out the gluten free options when she seated us (without knowing my need for it), and when I asked the server about the chips, she immediately knew they were fried in the same oil as other things. She actually said she has celiac herself, and said she isn't bothered by the chips, but knows some people are more sensitive, so I was glad she pointed that out. I decided not to risk it this time (and I wish they'd get a dedicated fryer because I LOVE their salsas and guacamole). Anyway, she recommended the chicken stuffed poblano, and it was really good! I definitely recommend Salsa Brava, as they seem to be one of the more knowledgable places...plus the food and service are great!
We weren't impressed. The menu wasn't extensive by any means and the portions were small, yet pricey.
I wasn't impressed in the least. The tortilla soup was orange, and I'm talking orange like preservative filled soup ya buy at the store. I dropped a bit on my shirt and it stained it. And it didn't taste any better than that which I can buy premade in the store. It was however, more expensive. Mexican food is cheap to prepare so an expensive mexican restaurant, especially one with what appears to be store bought soup, is ridiculous. But, for those who are all about following the crowd, by all means, hit up Salsa Brava. I prefer to spend my money on food that tastes original.
Service was pretty slow. The food was ok. They do have a gluten free menu and will try to be accommodating.
This place has great food and plenty of options. I haven't been sick after eating here the few times I've visited. also, don't eat the chips!
Love this place! Very GF/ Celiac friendly

Their menu is great and they take pride in having a gluten free option. Have won some awards for best Gf restaurant, well deserved.
Great gluten-free menu. This is one of my favorite places.
WOW! Salsa Brava offers quite an extensive gluten-free menu! I've tried several items, and each time I've been so impressed with the variety on the menu and fresh flavors of the dishes. My favorite items are the Tableside Guacamole, Carne Picada Enchiladas & Blackened Sea Bass Tacos. They also offer a clean-cooked paleo menu. You can tell that Salsa Brava is really focused on catering to guests with special dietary considerations, and the staff members seem very knowledgeable, too.

Excellent Mexican gf menu. Several items to choose from. Flavor is great & staff is terrific! Unlike OTB, Salsa Bravo's chips are gf:-)
I'm new to being gluten free with celiac disease. Me and my boyfriend went here yesterday at the powers location in Colorado Springs, and it was one of the better experiences I have had. I told the waitress I was gluten free and she was kind to tell me the chips were not gluten friendly. She also made sure to tell the kitchen I am GF, and they made my corn tortillas on a separate surface dedicated for GF items according to the waitress (I ordered the fajitas). I was pleased to hear that they are gluten friendly and they even have a GF menu on the back of the menu. They also asked if it was a preference or an allergy. I would definitely go here again.

So far I have not gotten sick from eating here. The waiter remembers us when we come in and gets me a separate thing of salsa with corn tortillas as the chips are not celiac safe.

Not celiac friendly. I love to support this and other local establishments, and the food is delicious, however my confidence has eroded after my son and I opened our takeout containers to find unwrapped flour tortillas (instead of wrapped corn tortillas) on top of our food. Called and talked with a manager who gave us two options: comp the meal or get a replacement. I chose to go back and get replacement dinners (the rest of our family had begun to eat at that point), and no discount/comp was offered even though I had to drive back to the restaurant to get our do-over dinners. Very disappointing resolution to the problem. After years of dining at the Dublin location and others, I’ve decided to take it off the “safe enough” list for me and my celiac son. This is not the first time I’ve been glutened at Salsa Brava. Very sad.

I went to the old location by Briargate and the food tasted fabulous. This time, my first time at their new location. All new wait staff. My carnitas were overcooked and had no flavor. I did not get sick but was disappointed in the flavor of the food. Also they only margherita they can do gf now is the skinny girl...not the one I wanted.
