Got sick from fries. I think they mixed up the dedicated fryer and the fries are waffle fries now. It’s not the same since COVID I hope it gets back to where it was. Was one of my favorites

Updated 12/2/17 - i used my Nima Sensor to test my meal and the french fries, polenta and pork chop w/out sauce came up GF.
Previous review: i am an asymptotic celiac and don't appear to have had any issues at SC but depending on the particular server determines my cross contamination confidence. The more veteran staff always makes me more comfortable. Overall the food is good.

Great service. Our server knew her menu and brought a gf bun when they brought my husband's bread. Make sure they know you are gluten free as its not automatic for all dishes. I got the steak frites and they put the fries in a separate fryer.

The waitors here are professional servers. They know every ingredient to all of their dishes plus their daily specials. I eat here weekly.

Love this place! Have been going there even before they identified each and every item on their menus that are GF. There is no shortage of choices of GF meals. They could have a better selection of GF desserts though (currently only have 3 different flavors of sherbet), which is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. Great atmosphere and great food. Staff is super friendly and sensitive to any allergy.
They are very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. They went over all of the menu options and precautions they take in the kitchen. They have a dedicated fryer for the fries! I’ve eaten once in the restaurant and three times for takeout and haven’t gotten sick. Very nice staff.

Loved it here! Most entrees were gluten free and they were super accommodating with my GF/DF son. They also have a dedicated gluten-free fryer for fries and GF bun for burgers. They were weak on GF appetizers though.

They have done an outstanding job with allergies and making sure everything is safe. The manager is very well equipped and the staff has been trained well. For those with serious allergies she appoints the elder waiters and waitresses who have been well trained and working with people with allergies to those tables. I get the half roasted chicken and French fries. They have a gluten free fryer using only Canola oil and only the fries go in and nothing else. Fries are hand cut. I also get the grilled romaine with chicken too. Everything was great! I love going here and has become one of my staple safe resteraunts.
