I can't speak to the kitchen practices, but there are gluten free entrees and pizzas. I love their Greek salad, too.

Sat where I could see the kitchen. Not safe for celiacs. Constant cross contamination. Decided not to chance my food and had salad only. Server was not knowledgeable.
