I am Celiac, however, even though the Bagger isn't Gluten Free, Sarah, our waitress, went to the chef to see if they would prepare hamburger patty on separate fry pan, away from other food. They prepared a delicious hamburger patty with a slice of Swiss cheese. The restaurant was very accommodating & sensitive to the needs of Gluten Free (celiac)
