How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

When we went in to order the waitress asked why people would even eat gluten free. I explained to her about celiac disease which she replied "oh" like she didn't quite understand. I felt uneasy after our conversation but figured perhaps the kitchen staff knew better. After eating I got very sick. I question whether they actually have a "dedicated" fryer. Judging from the last reviewer's comment I'm wondering why they even have such a thing if they choose not to educate their staff. It's pointless if they don't know they need to keep their items separate.

No

I would give them a negative star if I could. The waitress was so rude and put out by the fact that I would even ask about gluten free and completely ignorant to what it even was that I didn't feel comfortable eating there.

Theses wings were wonderful. When we went the owner made sure the staff took all the proper precautions in preparing my meal.
