I am Celiac. I love their pizzas! Customer service is always friendly and knowledgeable. We love eating at Schlotsky’s! Update: returned the next week and ordered French Dip (no bun). I was very sick a few hours later. Tried to find allergen listing for au jus, but could not find it. Looked up recipes for au jus and Yikes ! Contains flour! Caution!

They had gluten free buns but kind of acted like “You have Celiac so what would you like us to do about it?” I for sure did not feel safe eating there because they really did not seem to care and acted like it was annoying that I was asking about them changing their gloves, etc. Plus they were not knowledgeable about the condiments. When I asked about the Ranch dressing, the response was “I don’t know”.
They have Udi's products. Open kitchen, watched them change gloves, etc when they made my sandwich. Seems fairly safe.
Yes
Very good GF bread. When receiving the sandwich, they always have the GF one wrapped in an extra layer of paper. This makes me feel safer with eating out here. Always fresh and yummy! Sometimes nervous with contamination though

Ordered a Turkey sandwich on gluten free bread for delivery. Delivery was timely. The sandwich was overflowing with meat and the bread was delicious. There is a warning when ordering that there may be cross contamination.

I ordered the original sandwich on a gluten free(udis) bun. There are several gluten free chip options. Everything was great, and I felt great afterwards. 👍
