Wow beyond what I imagined! Salads, GF buns and wrap and GF cookie milkshake! What a treat! Server also very knowledgeable! He told us about the milkshake and it wasn’t listed on the Disney App!

Great dinner at Hollywood Studios. Dedicated fryer so fries were on the menu. I had a BBQ burger which was great on a gluten free bun. Chocolate milkshake as well. Server and kitchen very familiar with allergies. They also have an allergen menu.

Visited April 2023: We had a great experience at the Sci-Fi Dine In Cafe. The server was knowledgeable about all of my options! I got a burger and fries. I did not get sick! The food was average, so I definitely feel that you pay for the experience, but it was worth it!

This restaurant is located in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. GF menu, waiter knowledgeable about food allergies and cross contamination. I had the grilled chicken citrus salad with citrus vinaigrette dressing. Delicious! My salad came out with everyone else’s with an allergy stick. Nima tested no gluten detected. Didn’t get sick!

This place was alright…not very many options but that is generally the case. The waitress was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I ordered the chicken wrap with GF tortilla. Dedicated fryer for fries. My daughter had a burger and said the bun was like leather…

Fantastic! It was such a nice, cool, quiet, dark place to relax after a long stressful day. The movie clips were so good. The food was so good! The chef came out and checked to make sure everything he made for me was safe for all my allergies (gluten, dairy, and sesame). And they have a dedicated fryer for chicken tenders and fries. It was so good!

First time eating here and it was the perfect burger & fries.. AND chocolate shake!!! Usually can’t get those due to malt. Great treat and fun atmosphere.

I’ve never been diagnosed celiac, but I am extremely sensitive! I was a bit nervous about dining out, especially on vacation, but wanted my kids to experience this fun place. I have learned to be very proactive and not worry about inconveniencing people, so I requested a talk with the chef. He was attentive and answered my questions. I also chose items I felt would be most safe (turkey on a gluten free wrap with cilantro avocado dressing and bacon etc. with a side of green beans). I asked about whether the bacon was cooked alongside any bread and was reassured that it was not)...the key is I did NOT get sick!!!!! I did not even feel a little off, which is such a celebration for me. I actually really liked the wrap as well and the atmosphere was fun. I did stay away from the shakes and fries as I always worry about cross-contamination with those items, but between that and not being afraid to advocate for myself, I think Sci-Fi is a good option.

I had a buffalo fried chicken salad!! Those of you who have celiac understand how exciting that is! It was great! The server had a gluten free menu ready when I asked. There were several options and even dessert options. This is a fun place to enjoy if you have Celiac or are gluten sensitive.

I ordered a GF burger and fries. Our waitress was well informed with allergies/cross contamination. They have a dedicated allergen friendly for their GF fries(they hold the seasoning, too)

The GF bun was pretty good and they had a pretty large allergen menu, including breaded popcorn chicken!

Careful however with the shakes! Chocolate and Vanilla are GF but they are cross contaminated with the Oreo milkshakes!

Celiac sensitive. I had the strip steak. Best preparation of that steak all week. Perfect temperature. Juicy and flavorful. Double vegetables, no starch for me. Individually wrapped Enjoy Life chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Felt great. Love this place. Success every time.

We had a wonderful server and we're very pleased with the gf options. Our food took a LOT of time to come out, but that's because they were being very careful with it which I appreciate. I had the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer and the 4 cheese pasta. The appetizer was out pretty quickly and held us over for the long wait for the meal. But the server explained why it was taking so long and I'm all for the extra care! I'm a sensitive Celiac and did not have a negative reaction to the food. Was very pleased with the experience.

Ordered the Ruben wrap and tested it with my Nima sensor. It came back with gluten found. asked some questions about the milkshakes (listed as gf for chocolate and vanilla, but they have an oreo shake, too). She didn't understand why I was concerned about cross-contamination from the oreo. They didn't charge for my meal and I ate a protein bar instead. :/

Update: The chef came out and asked of I ordered the Ruben. I said yes and he said nothing, so I asked if he was interested in my test device. He said nothing, so I went into my usual explanation, and he interrupted me to say he knows what they are, then said nothing again. I started to explain some possible sources of the cross contamination and he interrupted me to describe the ingredients in the dish. He had an attitude that made it seem like he was saying, "what do you want me to do about it." He seemed completely unconcerned about the gluten detected in the dish, and just wanted to "fix" it by remaking, which I'd already explained I didn't want (don't want to waste my capsules on a place that doesn't understand why I'm asking about cross-contamination). It was truly bizarre. Be very careful at this place.

We did not return here during our Christmas Disney trip this year, as this was the only place I got very sick from during our previous summer trip. I forgot to write a review then, but if you are extremely sensitive, which I am, I do not recommend this restaurant. It was a fun experience for our kids, but the food was not impressive & then getting extremely ill for the rest of the day at the park was simply just not worth it. There are other safer places in the park to dine - we LOVE Mama Melrose & 50's Primetime Cafe & highly recommend them both!

fun restaurant to go too!!! wings were fantastic but I.got a reuben and it came with flat bread which was ok but the wings were great and the chef personally came out and.took my order and they marked each item with an allergy marker

I had had lunch here on several occasions and it has been great. Each time I discussed the options with the chef and server and they were very professional and accommodating. The atmosphere was fun and I intend to go return here on my next trip.
