They know what gluten is and will tell you about gluten free items. The gluten free chocolate muffin is very good.

Everything is cross-contaminated and they won't go out of their way to ensure that it isn't. The only safe thing I've had there is a side salad and a gluten free muffin.

I love this place. They have tons of options and are really friendly and non-judgmental about allergies. I only gave four stars because they do have cross-contamination issues, but, as someone with IBS rather than Celiac's, it doesn't cause me to get too sick. They're also understanding about dairy issues, and they're good at answering questions about ingredients. That being said, it's a great place for IBS but probably isn't very Celiac's friendly :(

If you are Celiac (or get sick with gluten), do not eat here. As other posters have already mentioned, they have major contamination issues. They share the utensils between their GF batter and their regular batter, and they use the same iron.

We actually really like this restaurant for breakfast, but we can't eat here anymore. Bummer.

I confess that I continue to eat here, even though I know about the contamination issues. I so wish they would take the next step and use dedicated space to create truly gf dishes. I most love to get an omelet with a side of gf French toast, and strawberries with cream.

This is a popular spot for breakfast, so they must be doing something right, but the food was "just OK" both times I was here.

(By the way, the Chicken Apple sausage is Aidell's; this particular sausage is GF.)

I had an omelette and hashbrowns which were lovely but BE WARNED! The waffles are made in the same iron as gluten waffles and the French toast is dipped in the same batter as the gluten bread.

Pancakes will probably be reasonably safe but I wasn't in the mood and didn't bother asking about the toaster for toast. As always, ask a lot of questions to get a safe meal, but it is possible.

Delicious gluten free French toast! Knowledgable staff and great service. Gluten free items are listed on the regular menu, no need to bother with a seperate one.
