Dedicated fryer, shoestring fries. Didn’t try anything else but they did have other options. Pretty pricy but I got my fix.

This restaurant is located inside the Exploratorium Museum and like many of the sf museum restaurants, it is excellent. Order at the counter place with multiple food stations (sushi, salad, fish and chips, tacos, rice bowls). Nothing labeled gf but chef was knowledgeable. Said fries were gf and in own fryer (please double check). Restaurant surprisingly calm despite busyness of museum.
