This place was filthy , I could not believe how dirty this place was 😮 I didn’t eat due to the girl behind the counter said they have a dedicated fryer but they don’t follow the rules and fry everything in it . The health department would have a field day there . The sauces on the table I was told was awful..

Good, affordable BBQ with no issues. The Carolina Pig sauce is great.

I ate here today. All six of their bbq sauces are gluten free. (I tried each one, and I am very sensitive, so they are definitely gf!). Just order your pork, brisket or chicken without the bread (if you want the 4oz. sandwich size portion) and let them know you are gf and they'll be extra careful. The sandwich size portion is huge; I can't imagine how much you get with the platter size.

Was excited to try their gluten free sauce but they had a sheet w a statement from the owner that said none of the sauces were gluten free and they are looking into options. Have to say the chicken, beans and applesauce were great and the meat did not even need sauce. I appreciated how nice and attentive the staff was.
This place is great! They have educated themselves down to hydrolyzed yeast! ; ) Separate fryers for the fries. All meat is delicious and GF! BBQ sauces for us are very limited. Basically, we can have a Carolina Mustsrd BBQ sauce, which I didn't think I would like at all, but it was really good! Be sure to ask for the Alabama white sauce too. It's not on the table - and is used primarily for fowl, but I liked it a lot too! (And used it on all of the meats, as well.)
Being so far away from Texas and trying to find Texas BBQ with gluten free sauce is a challenge but they do a good job. I emailed the owner before stopping in and received a detailed response and a warm welcome very quickly. Several of their sauces are free of gluten and the meat is not cured using a gluten filled seasoning mix.
