Absolutely awful gf experience. Waitress didn’t know what sides are gf. Steered clear of anything with “gf considering sides” when even the cook couldn’t add much more insight. Ordered the stir fry that has a gf label and have been fighting a celiac response for three days. It had to be the seasoning or teriyaki sauce but I absolutely wound not recommend this place for anyone with celiac. I’m not sure if the staff has turned over since previous positive reviews or if I caught it on an off day but this is my worst “poisoned in public” experience ever.

I found this place by accident. It's located downtown Cookeville. they have dinners notated as gluten free on the menu. they serve a variety of sandwiches etc for the non-allergic in your party. I did not suffer from cross contamination which is always a plus. I just wished they had a little more variety for gluten free diners.
