I went to the Shaker Mill Tavern with my grandfather, who lives in the area. The restaurant is very friendly. We were seated in the quaint back room, and realized when we left that the front room and bar were very noisy. The staff was very friendly. Their menu requests that you inform the waitstaff of any allergies before ordering. I asked our waitress if my entrée was gluten free, and she offered to double check before placing my order. The food and service was great, and I can understand why The Shaker Mill Tavern is my grandfather's favorite restaurant.
