Disregard the menu for GF options. The waitress day 1 says entirely GF and separate fryer; day 2 waitress says all fried together. They either are not educated or not taking seriously. Complained to hotel and mgmt- this is blatant false advertising

Told the servers (ate here twice) about my allergies and they seemed to be very understanding and i really do think they tried their best but I did definitely get glutened somehow. I think maybe the corn tortillas mightve not been fully corn or something?? Maybe just dont get anything with a tortilla ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Not Celiac friendly. They tried to accommodate but put soy sauce all over the plate after saying it was prepared GF. Their chips are listed GF but fried in contaminated frier. Wouldn't trust it if you have celiac. They are very nice though.

They have a few marked gluten free items as well as vegetarian options. The choices are few but the food has ben great! It's probably best to go during lunch since its poolside and is slightly informal.
