This is a health and nutrition shop with a nice supply of supplements. While they do have one refrigerated cabinet, it only had one type of Katz GF donut and one offering from Sami’s bakery, which is a Tampa based bakery that uses GF ingredients for some items but does not have cross-contamination controls. Stop by for supplements, essential oils, etc, but not for GF food.

Must go! Great spot for celiacs. Its a specialty store with a separated gluten free section. Everything individually packed. No cross contamination. Frozen cinnamon rolls are amazing. Don’t miss it!!!
