New management 4 months ago and they do have a separate fryer and new management cares deeply about allergies. Spuds are gf!

This location is not Celiac safe. After a ton of questions to our server, it was ultimately revealed by the manager that since Covid they have only been using one fryer which is aboslutely cross-contaminated by the frying of Chicken Fried steaks. I found this out while my food was cooking and made the choice to leave as they could confirm nothing was totally safe.
This is especially disheartening as the menu explicitly mentions fries/chips and other fried items to be safe from cross contamination.
This place speficifcally advertises safe food for gluten related issues, but it is unfortunately not true anymore.

The waitress was knowledgeable about gluten free protocols and substitutions. The food was amazing and there were a decent amount of gluten free options on the menu!

Oh my goodness this place is an absolute gem.
Being a celiac it’s so refreshing to walk in a restaurant and they actually care about the product they are serving. They were very knowledgeable with menu, very polite, very attentive and the food was so delicious.
We never had any issues at all.
We can’t wait to go back.
Very casual dining, fun themed place with Alien themed decor.
Love love loved this place and we are going back for sure!!

The Flay is amazing! Also, the mimosa pitchers are wonderful.
Spanish Flay omelette was EXCELLENT! I have very sensitive celiac disease and no problem.
This is a family ran business that I found out about through a friend. All of their Omelettes can be made gf and they will substitute the sides as well. The manager had my omelette cooked on a separate pan along with the fillings. She offered to cook the potatoes in a pan but informed me they don't taste as well. With no charge she substituted the potatoes with another side, and offered corn tortillas instead of toast. On the receipt it list that my meal is in a new pan, butter only, and several "no" ingredients with allergy listed 4 times on the receipt. I feel safe eating here !!
Yes
Have eaten here many times and wait staff is very educated on GF. Clearly there has been turnover with cooking staff because lately every time my celiac family and I have eaten the same items, we get obvious gluten CC reactions. Sorry to say Squeeze In is absolutely not celiac safe.

Gluten Free options marked on menu with dedicated GF fryer! We got the Huevos Montana (GF) and Erik's Burrito (non-GF). Both were delicious!

They claim anything on the menu can be made GF. I played it safe and got an omelette. They did not seem super educated on cross contamination but to be fair I did not ask many questions.

I love this place and loved it before I was diagnosed with celiac. The service is friendly and they do have gluten free and vegan items clearly indicated on the menu. Not a ton of gluten free options but they are good.
